Chinenye is an Associate of the investment team in Lagos, where she plays a pivotal role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio management.

She began her career in Human Resources, gaining expertise in employee relations and compensation management. Transitioning to Investment Banking and Private Equity, she joined Argentil Capital Partners’ Energy and Infrastructure advisory team. There, she contributed to high-profile transactions across the Oil & Gas, Mining, Power, and Real Estate sectors in West Africa.

To further deepen her advisory experience, Chinenye joined Renaissance Capital Africa, specializing in the banking sector. She played a key role in executing several notable M&A deals across Sub-Saharan Africa and expanded her expertise to capital markets, working on debt and equity transactions in Nigeria.

With a rich and diverse professional background, Chinenye brings a unique combination of industry insights, transaction expertise, and a deep understanding of emerging markets.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture.

Outside of work, Chinenye enjoys photography, volunteering, and spending quality time with friends.
