Impact Life Insurance

Impact Life is a new Ghanaian life insurer, formed through the merger of Phoenix Life and GUA Life. In January of 2022, Uhuru orchestrated the merger of the two Companies and provided capital to meet the Ghanaian insurance regulator’s capital requirements and to support the growth plans of the Company. Impact Life seeks to leverage technology to serve underinsured customers across Ghana.

Our Value Addition initiatives include:

• Recruiting a new management team and enhancing corporate governance
• Assisting with the investment management function
• Supporting the development of new best-in-class operating policies
• Leading M&A and other strategic activity
• Supervising the development of an ESMS
