Kim drives the ESG and Impact objectives of our business and our portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance on incorporating ESG factors into both existing and development projects.
She has over 14 years of experience in managing ESG risks and impacts. Her vast experience across multiple sectors includes consulting, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, construction and FMCG. Kim was previously the Head of ESG at Africa Terminals Nigeria Limited and also worked at HealthPlus Limited.
She holds a BSc from the University of Lagos and an MSc (with commendation), in Environmental Science, from the University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom. Kim is an International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA) trained Lead Auditor for ISO14001 (Environmental Management Systems) and a National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) Certified Safety Professional. She also holds certifications in Social Impact Assessment from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK and Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Social Sustainability from The University of Groningen, Netherlands.
Kim enjoys travelling to new countries and cities. She is a promoter of healthy diets, and loves trying out healthy recipes.
